Before (L) & After (R) with 100% Pure Fruit Pigmented Tinted Moisturizer with SPF 20 in Toffee
Full Disclosure: I have never used a facial moisturizer. (I know, I know…) The thing is, I’m oily by nature, prone to breakouts and perennially wary of clogging my pores. So I was skeptical going into my relationship with 100% Pure’s Fruit Pigmented Tinted Moisturizer, but it turns out that I needn’t have been. In fact, I think I’ve been waiting for this product all my life! It’s light, it smells great, and it boasts SPF 20 (versus the SPF 15 I was getting from my mineral makeup).
How I use it:
- I apply two pumps worth to my freshly washed/still damp skin (avoiding getting too close to my eyes – I find that it’s just slightly irritating to them).
- I apply it to my face, my neck and my chest (I use the Toffee shade).
- Once it’s had 5 minutes to really soak in, I apply a bit of blush. It creates a wonderfully smooth base for other products, and the finish is dewy and supple, but not too shiny.
- A typical day has me applying at 7:30am, and washing off around 10pm – and it totally goes the distance.
I’ve been using 100% Pure’s Fruit Pigmented Tinted Moisturizer with SPF 20 for 3 weeks now, and have had zero breakouts. My fine (and even some of the not-so-fine!) lines seem diminished, and I love how even and “done” I look without spending more than 30 seconds. The coverage is sheer, but definitely present – some of my more noticeable sun damage discoloration is definitely softened.
